Términos de uso

Este sitio (“Darlin Rents”, “nosotros”) muestra apartamentos y habitaciones en renta en New Jersey. Al usarlo aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no lo uses.

1. La información de los anuncios

• Hacemos lo posible para que precios, fotos, fechas y detalles estén correctos, pero pueden cambiar o tener errores. Nada de lo publicado es una oferta que nos obligue.
• La disponibilidad cambia todos los días. Un apartamento puede rentarse antes de que lo quitemos de la lista.
• Los montos para mudarse (renta, depósito, broker fee y otros cargos) son aproximados. Los montos finales se confirman por escrito antes de que pagues nada.
• Las fotos y videos son de la propiedad o del edificio. Los muebles, la decoración o el estado pueden ser distintos el día que la visites.

2. Esto no es un contrato de arrendamiento

Ver un anuncio, escribirnos o agendar una visita no te da derecho a rentar. La renta solo existe cuando el dueño aprueba tu aplicación y ambas partes firman un contrato de arrendamiento por escrito. Ese contrato es el que manda.

3. Aplicaciones y requisitos

Para rentar, el dueño o la oficina puede pedir una aplicación, comprobantes de ingreso y otras verificaciones que permita la ley. Antes de cualquier pago te diremos por escrito qué se cobra y para qué.

• Puedes ver el sitio y compartir los anuncios con otras personas.
• No puedes copiar el contenido para publicarlo como tuyo, usarlo para engañar a otras personas ni sacar información del sitio de forma automática.
• Las fotos, videos y textos son de sus dueños y están aquí para anunciar las propiedades.

6. WhatsApp, llamadas y otros servicios

Los botones de WhatsApp y de llamar abren servicios de terceros (como WhatsApp, de Meta) con sus propias reglas y su propia política de privacidad. No controlamos esos servicios.

7. Responsabilidad

El sitio se ofrece “tal como está”. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables por daños que vengan de usar el sitio o de decisiones tomadas solo con la información publicada, sin confirmarla con nosotros. Nada en estos términos quita los derechos que la ley te da como consumidor o inquilino.

8. Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos cambiar estos términos. La fecha de arriba dice cuándo fue el último cambio. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de New Jersey.

Privacidad

Lo que este sitio guarda

• El sitio no tiene cuentas ni formularios y no te pide datos personales.
• No usamos cookies de publicidad ni herramientas de rastreo.
• Solo se guarda en tu propio navegador el idioma que elegiste (español o inglés), para recordarlo la próxima vez. Puedes borrarlo limpiando los datos del navegador.

Servicios de otros

• La letra del sitio se carga desde Google Fonts, así que Google recibe la dirección IP de tu dispositivo. El servicio que hospeda el sitio también puede guardar registros técnicos de las visitas, como la IP y la hora.
• Si nos escribes por WhatsApp o nos llamas, ese servicio procesa la conversación según su propia política.

Lo que nos cuentas

Usamos tu nombre, teléfono y lo que nos escribas solo para contestarte, enseñarte propiedades y ayudarte con tu aplicación. No vendemos tus datos. Solo los compartimos con el dueño o la oficina de la propiedad que te interesa, cuando hace falta para tu aplicación, o cuando la ley lo exige.

Puedes pedirnos que borremos tus datos en cualquier momento escribiendo al número de abajo, salvo lo que la ley nos obligue a guardar.

Terms of use

This site (“Darlin Rents”, “we”) shows apartments and rooms for rent in New Jersey. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Listing information

• We do our best to keep prices, photos, dates and details accurate, but they can change or contain mistakes. Nothing published is a binding offer.
• Availability changes every day. A unit may be rented before we remove it from the list.
• Move-in amounts (rent, deposit, broker fee and other charges) are approximate. Final amounts are confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
• Photos and videos show the property or the building. Furniture, decoration or condition may differ on the day you visit.

2. This is not a lease

Viewing a listing, messaging us or booking a visit does not give you a right to rent. A rental only exists once the owner approves your application and both parties sign a written lease. That lease controls.

3. Applications and requirements

To rent, the owner or office may ask for an application, proof of income and other checks allowed by law. Before any payment we will tell you in writing what is charged and why.

• You may browse the site and share the listings with others.
• You may not copy the content to publish it as your own, use it to mislead anyone, or scrape the site automatically.
• Photos, videos and text belong to their owners and are here to advertise the properties.

6. WhatsApp, calls and other services

The WhatsApp and call buttons open third-party services (such as WhatsApp, by Meta) with their own rules and privacy policies. We do not control those services.

7. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damages arising from using the site or from decisions made only on the published information without confirming it with us. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer or tenant.

8. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The date above shows the last change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Privacy

What this site stores

• The site has no accounts or forms and does not ask for personal data.
• We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
• Only the language you chose (Spanish or English) is saved, in your own browser, to remember it next time. You can remove it by clearing your browser data.

Other services

• The site's font loads from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address. The service that hosts the site may also keep technical logs of visits, such as IP address and time.
• If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, that service processes the conversation under its own policy.

What you tell us

We use your name, phone number and what you write to us only to answer you, show you properties and help with your application. We do not sell your data. We only share it with the owner or office of the property you are interested in, when your application needs it, or when the law requires it.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting the number below, except what the law requires us to keep.
